In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luckypot. By registering an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Game on the luckypot Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3.1 To register and maintain an Account on luckypot, you must:

3.4 By registering, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckypot Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 luckypot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. luckypot shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify luckypot immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team.
4.4 luckypot reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will notify the Account holder via their registered contact information.
4.5 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting luckypot support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.
5.1 All transactions on luckypot are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckypot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies unless explicitly stated.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the Wallet section of your Account.
5.4 Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of funds.
5.5 luckypot does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. luckypot is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
5.6 All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. luckypot may request documentation to verify the source of funds.
6.1 Players may withdraw funds from their luckypot Wallet subject to identity verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements having been met.
6.2 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the Wallet section. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the Wallet section.
6.4 Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. luckypot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.5 luckypot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, consistent with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
6.6 If a Player's Account is under investigation for any reason, luckypot may withhold withdrawal processing pending the conclusion of that investigation.
7.1 luckypot may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each Bonus, including wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts, will be stated in the promotional materials for that Bonus.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms.
7.3 luckypot reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Bonus at any time without prior notice if luckypot suspects abuse, technical error, or fraud in connection with that Bonus.
7.4 Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise by luckypot. Players who have outstanding Bonus balances may not be eligible for additional Bonuses until the existing Bonus is resolved.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
7.6 luckypot reserves the right to determine a Player's eligibility for any Bonus at its sole discretion. Players who are self-excluded or who have requested deposit limits may be ineligible for certain Bonuses.
8.1 All Games offered on luckypot use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all luckypot Games are determined randomly and are not subject to manipulation by luckypot or any third party.
8.2 Each Game is subject to its own specific rules, which are available within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each Game before wagering.
8.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the Game result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on luckypot's server, the server record shall be definitive.
8.4 luckypot reserves the right to void any bet or Game outcome where a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure has materially affected the integrity of that Game. Affected Players will be notified and any wagers placed on void rounds will be refunded.
8.5 Players must not use any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any Game. Any such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckypot Platform:

10.1 All content on the luckypot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of luckypot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luckypot Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the luckypot Platform without prior written consent from luckypot.
11.1 luckypot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to player protection. luckypot provides the following responsible gaming tools within each Player's Account:

12.1 luckypot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, luckypot reserves the right to withhold any Bonus balances and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to investigation will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method.
12.3 luckypot will provide reasons for Account suspension upon request, subject to legal constraints preventing disclosure.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, luckypot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures where those failures are beyond luckypot's reasonable control.
13.2 luckypot's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds in your luckypot Wallet at the time of the incident.
13.3 luckypot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party outages may temporarily affect Platform availability.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits luckypot's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the luckypot Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact luckypot's support team to seek informal resolution. luckypot is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework for complaints relating to regulated gaming activities.
14.4 luckypot's operations are regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.1 luckypot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at luckypot.win/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.
15.2 For material amendments, luckypot will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the Platform or registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.
